Before founding Pushing Forward, I spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector in a housing leadership role with Catholic Charities, where I developed a strong foundation in community-centered solutions and operational discipline. That experience shaped my business philosophy: success is measured by impact. As a Black developer in New York City, I have forged my path by relying on ingenuity, collaboration, and principles—utilizing creative thinking, authentic partnerships, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to unlock opportunities where others may see barriers. As a native Brooklynite, he serves as 1st Vice-Chairperson for Brooklyn Community Board 4’s Bushwick neighborhood.
